Before transferring personal information outside Québec, we conduct an assessment to ensure that it is afforded adequate protection. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside Québec.

9. Retention and Destruction

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. As an indication, we keep client records for 3 years after the last contact, and non-converted quote requests for 12 months. When no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize the information.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, including restricted access to authorized personnel, passwords, and backups. However, since no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
